QUARANTINE
- Acclimation & Water Quality Disclaimer: Acclimation Process: Properly acclimating your koi is vital to their survival!
To properly acclimate your koi, we strongly recommend having a quarantine tank with aeration, filtration, proper water quality and PH levels, prior to receiving your koi. We recommend adding salt, 3 lbs. per 100 gallons, for the first few days to reduce stress of the koi. Nitrates and ammonia levels should be tested daily; levels should be as low as possible. Quarantine should be at least 3 weeks before introducing your koi to your pond or tank. Do not feed your koi upon arrival.
Never mix the water the koi came in with your pond or tank water!
Step 1: Securely place the bag in your quarantine tank or pond (do not let the fish out of the bag) and let float for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Open bag, still secured, slowly add some of your pond water to the koi bag.
Repeat this step in 5-minute intervals until koi bag has reached 30% of your pond or tank water.
Step 3: Let sit for another 15 minutes.
Step 4: Release your Koi by hand and discard the bag and water.
REMEMBER: Never mix the water the koi came in with your pond or tank water! We are not responsible for losses due to improper acclimation, water quality, pond conditions, or other issues occurring after delivery.

- Live Arrival Guarantee: We guarantee the live arrival of your koi. Koi are transported live in secure bags and containers that are identified by tags or labels which are securely attached and clearly displayed. We guarantee our fish to in excellent health, approximate size, and free of parasites. You must be present to accept and sign for the delivery. If your fish arrives deceased, you must provide a clear photo or video of the deceased Koi, prior to opening the bag; along with a clear one-minute video of the Koi placed on the outside surface of the bag with a clip on the fin. We will replace it with another fish of equal value, subject to availability. You may select a comparable koi from our current inventory. If a replacement is not accepted, no refund will be issued; store credit may be offered at our discretion. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by nature or the shipping company.

REQUIREMENTS
- No Returns or Refunds on Live Fish: We do not offer returns or refunds on koi fish. All fish sales are final.
- Notification Requirement: You must notify us within 1 hour of delivery via email or phone along with a clear photo and/or video as proof of the deceased fish to everinnovativekoi@gmail . We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by nature or the shipping company.
